I don't disagree with any of that but having someone working along side others that everyone knows only got the job because of their race does nothing to end racism.

Having an indigenous person obtain a role on merit (& do a good job) will prove to be others that they are equal, that ends racism.

Having quotas or indigenous only jobs when they don't have the skills or experience does nothing. The effort should be put into indigenious education & support to allow them to achieve it themselves.

I've seen the self entitled, work shy attitude that occurs when everything is handed to people on a plate without any effort.
It doesn't solve the problem.
