That was in relation to the placement shares at 8c. Of course, LT holders would then also be able to apply for more in the SPP as well.
Never heard of a SPP where a holder is penalised for selling after the record date, large or small. Never. But maybe you have more experience than me in this? Happy to stand corrected.
