BTW I came across proposed ASX listing rule change regarding the SPP. Does anyone know if it has become effective?

3. Notification of Rule Amendments - Listing Rule Amendments - Australian Securities Exchange - ASX
Basicaly it says that the SPP should be limited to $5000.00
unless exemption has been received from ASIC.
The company, when making the announcement of $15,000 SPP indicated they will be seeking exemptions from ASX and ASIC.
However these may or may not be granted.
