my point is that Junk has the knowledge and experience to manage these issues out of the business. there were problems with underground contractors but these ceased since abandoning westralia. perhaps you are extrapolating these problems that no longer exist. when i have contacted Junk recently he dud not indicate any significant contractor issues.
