In regards to Delphi and the other instos on our register, yes your comment backs my assumption that our majors (Delphi and others) are very weak at creating value on the Share Register.

Compare the impact that an individual like Bill Beament had on Venturex SP when he provided capital. This stock is currently trading 300% above the price before their capital raise. So i think our majors should be very embarrassed on their collective inability to create shareholder value for themselves and others on the register. We are trading at a MC below the value of our net assets. This is a tightly held stock now, there is no reason we should be trading at these levels unless the end game for these instos is to entice a T/O. If they were truly long my thoughts are we would be already trading at a greater premium then where we are now.

Extract from a recent article about Mr Beaments impact on increasing his holding on the register of Venturex from the AFR.
"Venturex said on Wednesday Mr Beament would soon own 26.2 per cent of the company after subscribing for $8.9 million worth of shares.
Mr Beament’s backing of Venturex sparked a 147 per cent rally in the explorer’s share price on Wednesday, giving it a market capitalisation above $100 million."

The Mercuria $40m is a possibility @Hiddenvalue....nothing is certain until the funds are in the account. Just to refresh your memory regarding the certainty (or uncertainty) of WMX funding arrangements : remember the $60m Pacific Road Capital funding that was going to happen in Dec'17....

I wouldn't bank on Milan's near-term funding expectations for Mercuria. The current trajectory for FY21 production is somewhere below 60koz. Considering the lacklustre production & sky-high POG over the past couple of years, the Market has rated WMX on the basis of historic / current production PLUS investment from Delphi / other insto's.

I wonder where the MC would be if Delphi / other insto's weren't on the register? My guess is the MC would be lower.
