There are those that let the evidence speak.
And then there are the others who don't quite know what the word, 'evidence' means and imagine that believing what they are told to believe is somehow, 'letting the evidence speak'.
We believe in the same G.d, the same Jesus Christ, we probably share a lot of common understanding regarding the intended meaning of the Scriptures, but you then lose all credibility by imagining that Genesis, a Bronze Age attempt at understanding in an age of primitive science, is a literal account of the formation of the universe and all life.
What then of science? Did G.d provide us with science, or was it your imaginary Satan? Be careful how you answer, because science has been the greatest benefit to humanity, it has no equal, so if science is from G.d, then the understanding it allows us is also from G.d.
Now I don't know how much more simply science could explain evolution to you. The evidence is beyond question while the minor details will be debated for ever. It's clear that you will never allow yourself to understand or accept science over your religions beliefs, so this is not about belief, it's about the culture of belief. To be a Jehovah Witness you must believe the cultural beliefs, or at least pretend you do.
Your Pharisees live in the US, they are your leaders, if you think they are not I dare you to have your own opinion and see how well you do. You cling to every word your leaders teach because they will not tolerate the slightest free thought. So how dare you accuse others when there is nobody in a deeper pit than you. You're a puppet for the Governing Body.
As for 'high priests of evolution' and their conflicting theories. This is basically a shameful untruth on your part and further proof of the failure of understanding of your leaders. In a world of tens-of-thousands of differing Christian beliefs, you accuse science for debating the finer details of evolution and call it conflicting theories. If you want to see real conflict, start with Christianity. Scientific debating leads to a better understanding. In Christianity it leads to a new sect to foster superstition and dogma.
So by all means believe whatever you like, but don't for one minute think that you're humble, you follow evidence and reason, that you have freedom of thought, or that the entire body of the worlds scientific community knows less than your self-appointed, uneducated leaders, because if you do you'll just look more pitiful than you are.
