LiveEagle I would argue that the ground work Ivz have done via Pedpa is vastly more important to have in place before drilling than after.
Africa is littered with discoveries that can't find a way to market be cause of the locals or an obstinate land holder. The Pedpa has taken care of all that.
Ivz is in an extremely lucky position.
Locals onside.
Government onside.
2 x Mou, who are currently transporting their gas by rail, who are constrained by lack of energy.
I don't think you need any imagination to work out a local gas supply will be cheaper for them and massively profitable for Ivz.
