The commission cuts Mortgage Choice has suffered are going to affect profit severely in 2010 and beyond. The recent extension to the first homeowner’s grant in the May budget provides a short-term lift, but housing turnover could decline sharply over the next year or two.
I can't see a lot of upside for this stock.
