I don't lack any confidence in this and will be taking up my entitlement. However, if people are worried, they could have a look at the top twenty holders, particularly GIR and PMH (PMH has about 40M shares in PEN) - and ask them what they intend to do - the big players actions should confirm our confidence, that's my guess anyway.
