I'm out. Had enough. I sent my form off to transfer to Comm Sec last week. The benefits are $19.95 brokerage (as opposed to $32.95 for eTrade, up to some limit which is way more than I will probably ever trade) if you use their cash management account and a 12 free trades deal (up to $600) at the moment. I think it will also have access to international markets which eTrade does not give you. (Why the hell not I have no idea - eTrade is an international brand!) The only downside from what I can tell is Comm Sec does not have the ability to have multiple buy prices in a portfolio for one stock - I will need to enter the average buy price. The rest I will manage by spreadsheet.

Also, I have just found out, if you sign up using the link below you'll get 12 months subscription to Money Magazine as well. I think I've missed out on this...

There are a few tricks to it. Ring them on 13 15 19 if you have any questions.

    I should be on commission!
