Everything to do with the software will be owned wholly and solely by Cirralto post acquisition, and all Appstab staff will then work for Cirralto. And if you read the independent valuation of Appstab, you'll see that Appstab has been valued at 825000000 shares, or around 75mill on current share price. So put simply, Cirralto is acquiring a $75mill company. This is HUGE and yes, the valuation would well and truly take into account Spenda and Synk'd
