    My understanding is that New Africa Mining (NAM)has failed to make the payments under the contract. Personally I'm not overly concerned as Lom has plenty of cash in the bank. I think we'll see Nam make the appropriate payments or we'll see the saga drawn out for years. It looks like Lom's management expect to start exploration in Lulo very soon.
