With a current market cap. of $44 million a takeover (Chinese or otherwise) must appear to be a more likely outcome than raising $1 billion in cash to get Balla Balla rolling.
Any guesses on what a takeover offer price per share would be? Would an offer be based on the value of the company's assets (Balla Balla reserves, offtake agreements, port access, etc.) or would it be based on a premium to the current share price?
I wonder what price per share would be acceptable to the majority of shareholders? Personally I wouldn't accept any offer at the bottom of the market as Aurox can weather this storm and I'd like to see them develop and mine Balla Balla themselves.
