I think the multiple PFSs and drill results are a bit of a secondary issue. IMO the primary worry is the quality of governance and credibility of the management team. The BSX board lack experience in executing on the strategy they have set out - and with recent governance slips and confusing communication, some trust with the market.

I'd be very surprised that any serious partner would not have a prerequisite of any JV the appointment of a more experienced and credible CEO, with expectations they would bring in qualified COO and CFO shortly afterwards (a business run on margin such as the downstream operations will need tight operational and financial controls).

The best news out of the company in 6mths was the appointment of someone with the background of Alison Gaines. The next news item that would be a serious buy indicator for me, is not more drill results, but changes at the board and snr management that indicate Ms Gaines (+ Chairman) has the backing of major shareholders to bring in the necessary changes and a team that can execute on this ambitious strategy. If we get that, it would lead me to think we have JV partners in the wings waiting for that news - and then we'd have most things in place to see a much higher SP.
