From the information I found, its sounds as though Mr Gray former MD of OGX and other executives of OGX stepped down because Mr Gray and and his bunch of merry men were also shareholders OGX's largest creditor, Cartesian. Double dipping.
OGX - Definitely as 'shonky' as its gets but this is nowhere near a fair and reasonable comparison to BBX. The only comparison from what i understand is the country upon which the company is exploring, Brazil.
Sorry Zongo but your accusation is just another conspiracy theory of which you are welcome to believe.
