Nowhere does it read to me that they plan to relist only to plan an all out attack on those they feel have wronged them.

Im happy if they are able to trade again in the future but the fact remains...Altura made their own undoing. They had a mountain of debt and a horrendous interest rate for far too long. They were overdue on debt payments time after time after time. No point crying that they didn't get a few more days to yet again scrape together more cash.

Good luck to all the long term frustrated holders, and good luck to Altura being reborn...but please don't waste our time trying to change the past. Look to the future and don't make the same mistakes again.

We will see but equally don't you stick you head in the sand.
There is risk here if you hold PLS.under a simple SWOT analysis, what weight you give it, is up to you.
The past can be undone, the mechanism is there if ACCC chose to use it.
