I'm not sure if much has been said on the significance of an immediate 45% percent increase on the gross profit margin that CRO will benefit from.That is a substantial increase in a very short space of time.
I hope there will be a Webinair or Proactive investor updated to unpack the significance and the huge upside this merger brings to CRO.Yes there is a cost to this merger but it pales to an insignificance to the rewards and I believe Adrian confidently knows that.
