CSL could have bought more under buyback but
"Under Australian Securities Exchange rules, a listed company can buy back a maximum nine per cent of its issued stock in a 12-month period."
So good news is that :Rest of 400 Million Dollar left in coffer(from last year capital raising) may come as SPECIAL DIVIDEND" in August or buy some another small pharma.
