thanks swissgirl/jamber, will look into it but I think Jambers post just turned me off it lol

etrade is a disgrace & commsec sounds no better, being 2009 one would think these issues wouldnt happen, imo will only take one large trader to get screwed on a day like this & they will look at taking legal action which can very easily become a classs action for potential losses/profits, the market is stressful enough last thing we need is being locked out of the market, cant get through on phone & cant place a buy or sell.
