This rule applicable to SPPs seems like it is definitely going to limit participation levels for longer term holders. Notwithstanding all the positive signs and outstanding forward outlook, I can’t understand why this SPP would be timed to fall just within the 12 month window of the last round:
Limit of $30,000 per registered shareholder. The monetary threshold applies to the total amount of shares purchased under an SPP offer in any consecutive 12-month period.
