I was wondering about the stresses placed on the BioWave. I'm thinking that the force of the water will be different on each buoy and may cause a twisting effect. After all the full scale BioWave device is of the order of 25m high and probably a similar width. I'm wondering how the composite material may handle these stresses, particularly given the anchor/pivot point is small in comparison. Will it twist itself apart in turbulent water? I'm no engineer, I should say.
