This is the nature of the beast in biotech. There was a hype about any lab doing wonders with a petii dish l, now people are more realistic, and right now I am comfortable witth the reality. Better to have a real low SP, than an inflated high SP based on hype. We have seen first hand the damage the latter can cause in pre-post AIPAC initial data. Speaking of which, the nature of the beast, combination of patience, science and luck, had AIPAC done well, we you would be talking differently. So, if you are not prepared to lose, you cannot expect to win.
