LazzaNo1 - I would say a fair takeover price would be 10c.
I am negative (as you may have guessed) on the Victoria piece of this getting off the ground (gaining momentum)in any time frame that is likely to give the sp a boost in the next 1-2 years.
I think it would be a good outcome for ESI to sell Coldry for $100m then concentrate on bringing to the fore the Matmor technology.
