Dilution does not come into it if the money increases the value of the company's assets, or icreases it's income producing capacity by a corresponding amount, and if well managed increase it by more than the dollar value of the capital raising.
Knowing AGO management, that will be the case, and for those who are not able to participate, the share price will probably benefit but surely will not suffer.
