(1) mark has mentioned that at the current speed the hx is cost competitive. His comments were based on the current machine, to say nothing of the enhancements being worked on. To believe mark is lying is to believe he has breached his fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders and exposed himself to legal ramifications.

(2) the machine builds with two people at the speed of 35 people. I’m inclined to believe it is proven out based on this claim alone.

(3) hx has done what it set out to do, building two structures to code, in next to no time with precision. it may not be suitable for every build but the two builds completed seem pretty stock standard type of builds to me.
