    Question about legal entities related to Orocobre.

    I understand this bit:

    How is the above JV with Toyota Tsusho related to Toyotsu :

    As I understand that Toyota Tsusho is a different but related legal entity to Toyotsu Lithium
    Correct me if I am wrong :

    * Toyotsu Lithium entity owns the Naraha hydroxide plant ?
    * Toyota Tsusho sells the Li carbonate from Olaroz to Toyotsu ?
