That's me out today. Sold my holdings in both entities in which I held so that I can put the equivalent into the SPP.
982k shares in all.

Pros;

1.Intec will have my money, (which they clearly need)
2. I realise a capital loss (extensive) for this year's tax return.
3.I will have the same amount of shares that I held previously.

Cons:
1. I am now going to be diluted
2. I will still have the same amount of shares that I held previously!
3. I still have no guidance as to whether this is a good idea from an announcement from the compnay. Yesterdays's announcement was a nothing.

I have been in this share since Adam was a boy, but I just could not get myself to sink any more money than previously committed.

I will participate, but that's the end of the line for me.
