I like the prospects of the project and I get the necessity for the issue of the shares and options associated with the purchase (face value and option exercise price is not totally unreasonable in the circumstances and given the last trade price when CRB had a lot more cash).

At the end of the day shareholders will suffer significant dilution but there is little alternative as CRBs cash is slipping away so the only logical option is to vote for the purchase/acquistion.

What bothers me if I am reading the paperwork released correctly is the further dilution of shareholders by the 10 to 9 share consolidation. As I read the documents issued the consolidation is sheduled for 25th May and the issue of the purchase securities is 28th May so after the consolidation.
