I for one Chaff as a relative newby would be interested in you expanding on "lessons to be learned" from this one. I know from the agm you were one of the only ones who saw problems and I now wish I'd gone to lunch with yourself,Brad and Brian.The agm was mostly very positive but the one thing I saw as a negative was the inadequate answers to your questions that in hindsight said a lot about management and what's happened since then.
