they botched it simply by wasting the momentum we had. after that 21 Dec announcement, management clocked-off or dropped the ball whichever way you want to put it. looks like it was a mad scramble to resurrect the momentum but it was too little too late as the damage had been done. CTM is officially damaged goods from a short term technical perspective. a floundering stock price with the last few announcements having sold off hard is evidence of this
