It should be a template stuck in a folder of things to sign. I am sure he can sign more than a hundred in ten minutes. Plus fortnightly signoffs is a bit of a stretch in my opinion. Also to just miss a fortnightly signoff and have to wait should have been covered anyway. I agree Management need to start communicating. Getting concerned with the crickets...
