It is a pity that the Tesla truck can't be used for HX. That would mean that eventually, it could drive to the site by itself too.
The amount of publicity that would be created by putting it on a tesla truck would be incredible.
It would provide a power source for running all the HX equipment without running the diesel engine.
Anyway, the 2 reasons that I know of are that the Tesla truck is going to be too wide for Australian roads, and its a prime move not a cab/chassis.
