The fact they are evaluating bids is not price sensitive - everyone knows that and are making investment decisions based on appetite for risk
Until a material event occurs then the Board won't call a trading halt.
That event could an unacceptable offer, a partial sale or an acceptable full sale but at the moment the Board hasn't been briefed.
As I said I would be surprised if a final decision is made without further negotiation with bidders. This should see an announcement of such and TH when very close to an announcement which I believe follows ASX protocol.
