The DCF value of TLS is far above current price. Any where below 4.15 it is undervalued.
Also new management is Cooperative not confrontational like Ex team. This will take Govt into confidence what need to be done.
Govt still a Major Shareholder and I am sure Rudd would like to see good return for govt. He is smart businessman.
