I believe AF has said in one of the Proactive Investors interviews that there'll be some webinars prior to the GM to discuss the acquisition and answer any questions shareholders have. How about instead of just criticising the terms of the loan you ask him first? I agree that it would have been prudent for more information to be released regarding the nature and timeline of this loan but advising people to vote 'No' to this resolution without seeking clarification first isn't the right way to go about it!
