An interesting read, after a quick skim of trying to understand..... These seem to be the key points for me.
Please feel free to tell me I've got it wrong.
- Kate wants to change from Non-Ex Director, to Director
- Kate wants to be paid fully in shares, not a mix
- Gernot wants 17.5 million shares from performance rights (1 million monthly active users over 90 days OR 2.5mil in rev over 24 months from Sep 2020)
- They want to increase the 15% CR limit to 25%....
