When I was involved in project finance for a bank there was very little consideration of the share price, other than the likelihood for a company's capacity to raise equity funds in the event that a debt funding arrangement necessitated such as a pre-condition. Thus IMO SFG share price falling at the moment isn't an issue for any banking syndicate considering providing the debt funds.
