I think they (the underwriters) may wait to get close to their targets before feeding them into the demand.
After all, they were backers by agreeing to underwrite the offer. They knew any shares leftover at .2 would be able to be sold and they'd turn a profit, that's their plan.
I'd think they'd be looking for at least 30% profit after their time and effort is factored in which I think means they'll be selling at a price greater than .26 per share at least.
Does anyone know if they sell on market or privately?
Obviously if they sell on market we may see the shares appear on the registry in the sellers column.
