MDI was doomed from the get-go and the giveaway was management. They've done absolutely nothing with the project for years and simply recycled old news and released buzz words when gold was back in vogue. Now they've done a consolidation - when the dust settles they'll do it all again until they push this thing back to 1c and the movie restarts.
