But who said that finance was contingent on Stage 1 being complete? This is a false aspersion; finance could come at any time.
The PPL would have advanced finance, as would the discussions with ten major fertiliser trading companies in the domestic and export urea market. The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for Stage 2 is also in progress which could involve strategic partnerships and finance. The incentives are certainly there for Justyn and Phil to get things sorted before the EOFY - I'm wishing them the best of luck as I'm sure you are too?
