    Would be nice is someone could identify the SB recommending the strong sell and their reasons behind it. Most SBs do not cover a minnow like AEU.

    A concern is that the managers seem a little tardy in organising the new leases and sales of closed centres/ development sites. I note that Orchard (an unlisted trust with ABC properties) seems to have sorted their leases out.

    Another issue is the relatively high level of debt (more than 50%).

    On the other hand the yield is very good and most of the rental income looks pretty secure. So I am staying in.
