Direct comparison on a proportional basis comparing oz's for oz's. Try it for yourself & see if it still stacks up. It doesn't.
If the deal was as good as you purport it to be, why didn't Anglo Gold trump it? Anglo have stated they want substantial gold assets in safe jurisdictions- here & north America if possible. They had the opportunity to trump the buy but elected to "waive their rights". So why do you think that might be?
