I do agree with the late response comment.

5 days in any business is a while to get back to a customer voicing their feedback. Either the message wasn't prioritised or they were looking to gather some info or confirmations before replying.. whatever the case a sooner response would have been nicer.

But, from what I can tell you had 2 x not good perspectives and possibly 1 x good one right at the end of your comment?

forums might need a little work with consistency in timing of responses but I'm happy with the eventual replies that hold vague clues into what's happening behind the scenes.
