Thats reassuring. The Comsec site had the same recommendation. A lot of that stuff is not very reliable. Hope one of our readers can through more light on it
I also have noted the Acorn connection. Also Orbis. One of the factors which convinced me to buy in.
Had another thought. The recent weakness in AEU might be tax loss selling by long term investors who have some recent gains to write off for CGT.
On the NZ stuff- the NZ end of things is looking good. Just would like some more info on how things are going at the Australian end. Hopefully the sale of the development sites is progressing well.
