The last thing investors in WGO want is to see the end of the appraisal program. That is the end of the news flow, and larger, long term investors know it.
The same applies to capital raising opportunities. They suggest they are funded for WE-5 but I would bet they will raise well before that well is completed as you would not want to launch a CR program into an extended period of low, or no, news flow. It simply wouldn't be well supported, particularly for the size of the raise they need for JV commitments.

My bet is a CR around flow testing of WE-4
