In the scenario of a spin-off (or multiples thereof), what would that mean for current NMT holders?
When a spin-off occurs, do the existing shareholders get a free set of shares in the new company or do they just get the right to purchase shares in the new company (say at a lower price on a 1:4 ratio).
Or is it the case that there are no set rule for the above and that it is up to the Parent company to decide as part of the spin-off process.
