IMO, I don't think it is a capper. The 4.1 seller has been hovering for some time if the changing visual market depth is of any sign. He has been offering them ocasionally in the last few weeks. He's genuine IMO. Plenty of time. thre 3.1 buyer is definitely genuine too and is there to mop up if a nutter sells at any old price. Tempus fugit and it is a test of strength going foward. I can't buy anymore.
