It has been more than 2 years since LCK announced PCD success. The SP has fallen from above 40c and holdings have been significantly diluted.
I disagree with your opinion about management performance. They have continually failed to meet their own projected timelines/targets (pre and post covid) and I see no reason to beleive that this will not continue.
