Capital raising would be at 1 cent which would be the weighted average at the moment. Maybe if it holds at 1.5+ for a while your average might improve. But do you think raising another 500 million shares for $5mil is a good idea? I dont think so. JV is definatley they way to proceed. Yes this dilutes too, but not as much as a capital raising.
