Good outcome for us....50 million less shares on the market/ that will not make it onto the market= less dilution
Admittedly, they would have ended up with the directors who probably would have held on to them, but you never know.
50 mill is not an insignificant number, by any means.
Dont know if this was voted down by the shareholders or the BOD didn't hit their performance targets
